PRODUCT A
- A client purchases an apartment – 100% payment is required
- we guarantee 5% rental income to the owner on the full price for a period of 6 years*
- After the 6 years the client has the option to sell us his apartment for the amount it was purchased – only if he chooses to do so.
It is similar to any deposit – a client puts money into his account, gets interest and withdraws after the term of the deposit is over.
PRODUCT B
- 1. A client purchases an apartment – 100% payment is required
- we guarantee 7% rental income to the owner on the full price for a period of 6 years*
- After the 6 years the client has the option to sell us his apartment for 80% of the price it was purchased for – only if he chooses to do so.
And the third option is:
PRODUCT C
- A client purchases an apartment – 60% payment is required
- the remaining 40% are paid in quarterly payments over 3 years – interest free
- we guarantee 5% rental income to the owner only on amounts received – for a period of 6 years*
- After the 6 years the client has the option to sell us his apartment for the amount it was purchased – only if he chooses to do so.
*During the six year period clients are allowed to use their properties one week in season and one week without season (season is defined May 1 – Sep 30).
Clients do not pay maintenance fees or any other expenses associated with using the property. Clients pay income tax and real estate tax and garbage tax – municipal/government fees associated with owning an apartment. Rental income is paid once per year in the period September-December.

Apartment 32_10 – Price 57 700 Euro, 52.5m2 – apartment purchased in May 2011

Rental income per year = 2 885 Euro
Total rental income (for 6 years) = 17 310 Euro
Option to re-sell property in may 2017 for 57 700 Euro
PRODUCT B
Rental income per year = 4 039 Euro
Total rental income (for 6 years) = 24 234 Euro
Option to re-sell property in may 2017 for 46 160 Euro
PRODUCT C
Rental income per year = variable 2 572.79 Euro on average
Total rental income (for 6 years) = 15 437 Euro
