All the apartments have an exclusive panorama view of the whole Sunny Beach Bay. It has all extras one may expect in a luxury complex – 2 restaurants, bar, cafeteria, supermarket, shops, change, safe , beauty center, medical center, internet club, fitness club, saunas, tourist agency, rent-a-car, 4 swimming pools with life guards, playgrounds for children, swimming pool with water slide, a guarded parking lot.

The people, having bought apartments in the complex pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building

The fee is in amount of 6.90 Euro per square meter per year + VAT 20%.

By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay

A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);

The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:

Then you have to pay:
- 40 % of the price payable 2-3 weeks after signing of the preliminary contract;
The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment Or with deferred payments:

- Up to 3 years deferred payment with 5.3 % annual interest;
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 7.5 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 9.7 % annual interest;

Use of the apartment after paid 40% of the price. Notary act after full payment.
Also you can pay 100% within one year without any interest.
The furnishing is not included in the price.
