Payment profile:
The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:

You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through our web site – our professionals will help you with answers to all your questions;
You reserve it in one of our offices or by e-mail;
A reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);

The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:

40% on preliminary contract. The remaining 60 % can be paid with mortgage from a bank within three months after the fourth installment
Or with deferred payments:

- Up to 3 years deferred payment with 5.3 % annual interest;
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 7.5 % annual interest;
- Up to 7 years deferred payment with 9.7 % annual interest;
- Up to 10 years deferred payment with 12.1 % annual interest.

The deferred scheme of payment is with 3 months installments or 6 months installments.
